NEED YOUR HELP - ambulance call center

A. PROBLEMS
1. High mortality rate of accident victims in Bandung, Indonesia due to low response time of emergency/ambulance services.
2. No coordination amongst hospitals’ ambulance service.
3. No call center for emergency response.
Triyasa Mandiri Humanitarian Foundation is willing to make a call center to coordinate all ambulance in Bandung (12 hospitals).
We have been running a small emergency clinic (operates 24 hours) in Jl. Sutami No. 23, Bandung, ambulance service (1 unit) and medical services for the poor.

B. FLOW OF SERVICE

ACCIDENT/EMERGENCY -> call center -> nearest hospital -> ambulance -> ACCIDENT/EMERGENCY

C. COMMUNICATION INFRASTRUCTURE
Repeater in Tangkuban Perahu Mountain, North Bandung.
Each ambulance equips by HT (handy talky) to Call Center.

D. REQUEST TO DONOR – FUND NEEDED FOR YEAR-1
1. Repeater rental/year: IDR 12,000,000
2. Frequency license/year: IDR 10,000,000
3. Handy Talky = UCOM UHF (including Lithium battery, desk top charger):IDR 950,000/unit. Total: 25 x IDR 950,000: IDR 23,750,000
Call center: 1 unit
Hospitals: 12 x 2 ambulances: 24 ambulances

5. Operational cost 12 months x IDR 2,000,000 = IDR 24,000,000
TOTAL (1+2+3+4+5): IDR 79.750.000 ~ US$ 8,750

E. SUSTAINABILITY
We only need for the first year operation and later on we will ask the hospitals to share cost.
